Dutch national airline KLM will open a new Space Port in Curaçao in 2014, with plans to offer passengers a 40 Lynx Rocketplaneminute spaceflight with around 10 minutes of weightlessness. Flights will cost a little under US$100,000.

The project is tied in with plans by Space Experience Curaçao to launch space trips from the Netherlands Antilles using the Lynx rocketplane, a suborbital rocket-powered aircraft which is designed to carry one pilot and one passenger.
