The Kurfürstendamm in Berlin celebrates its birthday!
This year the Kurfürstendamm will turn 125 years ‘old’.
The first automobiles drove on that glorious boulevard.
On 5th May 1886 the paved street was opened with the ride on the train propelled by steam.
And that’s exactly how it’s supposed to start on 5th May 2011!
We celebrate the birthday with a big party at Breitscheidplatz!
125 years of history – showcases all along the Ku’damm inform you about the past, present and future!
On the weekend from 27th May until 29th May automobile meets Ku’damm, because the automobile also celebrates its 125th birthday!
On 28th and 29th May the Kurfürstendamm will turn into an Oldtimer-street.
You can gaze at 1250 vehicles from nine nations with all sorts of typical products of their countries.
The highlight will be an Oldtimer-night-show.
